Introduction for our main flotation reagent application:
Our company R & D, production, sales of all kinds of mineral auxiliaries, such as all kinds of polymetallic sulfide ore and oxide ore flotation reagents (collector, foaming agent, adjusting agent), as well as extractant, flocculant, water treatment agent and other chemical auxiliaries. Our company has rich practical experience in application, and can solve the application technical problems with providing the best flotation reagent and technical solutions.
1. Isopropyl Ethyl Thionocarbamate: It is a kind of sulfide ore collector with good selection performance, and has a strong collection effect on pyrite, chene and activated sphalerite. No floating pyrite, for the separation of copper, lead, zinc sulfide ore selective collector, can reduce the amount of lime required to inhibit pyrite, the amount is small, the pollution is small, because it is difficult to dissolve in water, it can be added to the ball mill for use.
2. Dithiophosphate: It is a sulfide ore flotation agent, mainly used for flotation of copper, lead, zinc and other sulfide ores. It is usually used in combination with other flotation agents to improve the flotation effect.
3. Xanthate: It is a widely used sulfide ore flotation agent, often used to flotation copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum and other sulfide ores. It has good harvesting performance and selectivity, and can effectively separate different sulfide minerals.
4. Sodium Diethyl Thiocarbamate: the collection performance is similar to xanthate and dithiophosphate, but compared with xanthate and dithiophosphate, It has the characteristics of strong collection ability, fast flotation speed, and provincial dosage of agents. Because of its weak ability to collect pyrite, thionitrogen has good selectivity in sulfide ore flotation. In the flotation of copper, lead, zinc, antimony and other polymetallic sulfide ores, the separation effect is better than xanthate and dithiophosphate. The product can also be used for metal smelting and purification, and can also be used as an accelerator in the rubber industry.
